Francesa Sin
Born in Hong Kong, Francesca studied at the Marymount Primary and Secondary
Schools. Upon graduating from the University of Sydney with an Economics
degree, she joined the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre''s Marketing
Department. Prior to founding WANLILU, she spent five years managing investment
portfolios for high net worth individuals at Schroder Investment Management.
Francesca also has an MBA from University of Hong Kong. She enjoys discovering
novel and exceptional restaurants during her travels, golfing, skiing, cooking
and spa. She speaks Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Japanese. |
Winnie So
Born in the US, Winnie grew up all over the US and Hong Kong. At Bryn Mawr College, she majored in history and minored in art history. After working as a journalist and editor for four years in Hong Kong, Winnie spent a year in France where she received her MBA from INSEAD. Upon graduating, she joined an Australian professional publisher to start and head up their Greater China business before founding WANLILU. In addition to a passion for finding distinctive, small hotels, she also enjoys skiing, snowboarding, theatre, art & architecture. In 2003, she served on the INSEAD 5-year reunion organizing and fundraising committee. She speaks English, Cantonese, Mandarin, French and enjoys learning Japanese. |
