Your trip begins with you, because each trip is highly personalized and created specifically for you and your group according to your particular tastes and wishes. We specialize in creating private, luxurious yet meaningful and enriching experiences for the most discerning travelers.
Our Practice
WANLILU Play is a bespoke, luxury travel and destination events planner. For us, luxury is not just about comfort and convenience, it's also about style and service. It's doing more than what's expected to give you those little surprises along the way. For each retreat, trip or wedding that we plan, we aim to create an interesting itinerary of sightseeing, activities, events and culinary delights. We take care of details from suggesting where to go and stay to finding and booking yoga instructors to arranging to transport your ski gear so that it arrives in your suite before you do. We book restaurants in advance so that you won't be disappointed, we let you know what events you might be interested in so that tickets can be bought in advance and you can schedule your trip accordingly. We book the best, but that doesn't necessarily mean most expensive or most famous; we enjoy discovering new gems. We also enjoy the challenge and thrill that comes from imagining the unimaginable and making it happen.
Our Profession: Designing for You
Our profession, simply, is to design and deliver an exceptional experience for you and your guests, anywhere in the world. We are not travel agents and therefore do not earn commissions on your bookings. Instead, we charge a transparent design and planning fee. This affords us the luxury of making independent and distinctive recommendations. We can make bookings for you through travel agents and tour operators worldwide or through your own designated travel agent.
Our Fee Base
Our fee is quoted after an initial, committment-free consultation, when we gain an understanding of the complexity of your requirements and tastes. As a guideline, we tell prospective clients to budget around 10% of the cost of their flights + hotels for our fee. We have set minimum planning fees as follows: Luxury Trip or Honeymoon: from HK$5,000 to plan a week-long trip for 1-2 people. Corporate Retreats & Events, Destination Weddings & Celebrations: from HK$80,000 (which may include Guest Concierge Service, On-site Event Management, Design & Production fees) |
